A software tool that helps us to <strong>manage and control the operations in our quality laboratory<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Papresa, we remain committed to<strong> innovation<\/strong> in order to adapt to new needs and achieve continuous improvement in the quality of our products and processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We can centralise and streamline the handling of samples, test results, data management and other activities related to the operation of the laboratory, the documentation of our quality system and the dissemination of internal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"645\" src=\"http:\/\/papresa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/dsc-08521-1024x645.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3031\" srcset=\"https:\/\/papresa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/dsc-08521-1024x645.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/papresa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/dsc-08521-300x189.jpg 300w, https:\/\/papresa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/dsc-08521-768x484.jpg 768w, https:\/\/papresa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/dsc-08521-1536x968.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/papresa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/dsc-08521-2048x1291.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the highlights that we have been able to improve thanks to this new implementation are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sample management:<\/strong> identification, tracking and recording of paper samples and other related materials that are analysed in the laboratory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Quality control:<\/strong> visual management of the results of the quality tests carried out in the laboratory, such as resistance, grammage, humidity, opacity, gloss, among others. This may include the comparison of the results with internal specifications and established standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Data management: <\/strong>storage and organisation of data generated by laboratory tests, including integration with measuring instruments and equipment used in the paper industry to automate data transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Measuring equipment management:<\/strong> keeping a record of the equipment used in the laboratory, as well as controlling the calibration and maintenance of the equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reporting:<\/strong> automated generation of quality reports, production reports and other reports relevant to the paper industry.
