Here is what we have to offer you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-617f3c0f gb-headline-text\">What are the functions of the position?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Organisation of travel, bookings and meetings<\/li><li>Organisation of events and visits<\/li><li>Agenda management<\/li><li>Mail and calendar management<\/li><li>Expense settlement management<\/li><li>Management of reports and presentations<\/li><li>Telephone answering and call filtering<\/li><li>Administrative support for other management departments<\/li><li>Liaison and internal coordination of social media<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who are we looking for?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Languages: English C1 essential, other languages (French, German, Portuguese) highly desirable.<\/li><li>Minimum previous experience of 2 years<\/li><li>Strong organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills<\/li><li>Resolute, with a proactive attitude<\/li><li>Profile with great discretion<\/li><li>Knowledge of Social Networks and MS Office.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-571e22c7 gb-headline-text\">What do we offer?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Immediate incorporation<\/li><li>Indefinite contract, with six months probationary period<\/li><li>Annual salary to be agreed upon, depending on your qualifications and other attractive conditions and social benefits<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Would you like to apply?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you think you are a candidate we should consider, do not hesitate to apply.
